Who's buried in Grant's tomb?

Many sources offer answers to this.  After reading several of them, I recommend this one: http://forgotten-ny.com/2000/11/who-is-buried-at-grants-tomb/.  It gives information on who is entombed in the building and makes a distinction about being buried (below ground) or entombed (above ground).  If you take it literally according to this site, nobody is buried there because the bodies of Grant and his wife are within the building itself and not beneath it.
