What is a PIN?

Answer

Your library card number is the 14-digit barcode on the back of your library card.  Enter this, without any spaces, whenever you're asked for your library card number.

Your PIN is generally the last 4 digits of your phone number.  If something's changed, try the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave us when you signed up for your library card.
